I found Elevation Landscaping through Facebook. They were responsive and interested in completing our project. We needed a french drain system and a raised patio installed to address heavy flooding issues due to the grading of our back yard. The patio was installed with a slight pitch yo ensure drainage. I modified the project after original discussion, Joel was easy to work with to accommodate our wants for the project. I gave him a general idea of what we wanted and size. He showed my paver options, and color options. I left the rest of design to the crew and it looks fantastic.

They also helped us grade an adjacent piece of land for a new playset. All for the original agreed price. The price was excellent.

The crew was friendly and easy to work with. I noticed a couple of pavers with imperfections, the crew was glad to swap them out for better tiles. They cleaned the job site and swept up the gravel pile. Leaving the job site better than they arrived. They install of a 700sq.ft patio was completed in 3 days with a wall. It looks fantastic. Photos are near completion. They added soul and seeded before completion.

Joel and his team were fantastic! They not only installed a French drain and dry creek bed to improve drainage in our yard but they also cleared and graded a large area (a quarter of an acre) that was a natural area and laid sod. I was skeptical of the timeline Joel initially gave me as he indicated that the job(s) would only take he and his team one day, but they showed up at 7am and were completely finished by 5pm. They did an amazing job keeping us involved in the decisions about what rock would be used in the creek bed and what type of sod we should lay, while offering their expert opinion. They made sure to communicate clearly when the materials would arrive to our home prior to the job being started and were prompt the day of. After the job was done, they cleaned up and it looked as if no one had been doing work there- aside from my hard looking amazing. He has also been great at following up to ensure no issues arose after the job was finished. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who is looking to have work done.

Joel was responsive before the install with details and answers. Arrived on time and got right to work. Did a fantastic job on the wall and walkway. Our sod arrived much later than expected (5:00pm on a Friday) and Joel and his guys stuck around the entire time and got the sod down. The price was exactly as quoted and we love our new back yard. Will definitely use again.
